Week 7 Tutorial - Fitness Foundations

This week's theme is fitness.  In this video, you'll learn how fitness and working on your posture can be mutually supportive.  I'll also teach you the 3 M's for fitness:

  • Mobility & Stability

  • Mindfulness

  • Motivation


Think about what your fitness goals are and what activities you enjoy doing in order to start coming up with a plan for yourself or improving on whta you're already doing.
